When Samia suffered a stroke, her life changed dramatically. For someone who was once vibrant and energetic, it was difficult for her to have her daughters take care of her. The stroke symptoms had left her with movement and balance problems, she was always fatigued and she felt depressed at the loss of independence in her life. She underwent a lot of occupational and physical therapy over the past sx years, but her lack of progress prompted her daughters to research a more well-rounded approach, which led them to our website and our stem cells and rehabilitation facilities in Bangkok.

After Samia’s stem cell treatment, she commenced her physical therapy and immediately saw some results in doing routine activities, which was very pleasing for her, her daughters and the hospital staff. At the clinic, her daughters noticed how much more independent and energetic she had become. They told us,

She wakes up at 6 o’clock in the morning, before us. She’s like ‘let’s drink tea, let’s have coffee’. She’s very happy.”
