When Marion was back home in Scotland following her injury, she spent six months doing rehabilitation. A rehabilitation, she told us, that focused on preparing her for life in a wheelchair. One day last February, her neighbor mentioned that stem cells could potentially help her quality of life. Since he was a doctor, Marion looked into his suggestion and did some research that evening. She found our site and decided to send us an inquiry, that’s how she met Gabi, our patient care coordinator.
“He was excellent, he got back to me straight away…. I would gather all my medical records and gave them to Gabi who would do my paperwork for me, which he did very well, I was very happy with him, lovely guy”, Marion told us as she recalled her initial contact with us.
A short time later, she arrived at our facility in Bangkok and was ready to find out how much stem cell therapy could help her regain her quality of life. Her care plan was tailored and included stem cells, vitamins, physical therapy, acupuncture and rTMS – a special protocol that stimulates brain activity to the affected area of the spine.
Marion was very pleased with her treatments, the hospital and how the entire staff catered to her and made sure she felt welcome and had everything she needed.
“Everybody here has been absolutely fantastic…. The facilities are out of this world, they’re on par with a 5-star hotel”, she beamed as she told us she did not want to go home because she was enjoying her time here so much.
We were honoured to give such a wonderful person a luxury experience while we helped her regain control over a part of her life she thought might be gone forever.
