SCI Patient Zdeněk, talks about his treatment experience
Zdeněk is a 35 year old Czech man. At the age of 14 he had an accident and since then he has been in a wheel chair. He felt there was more he could do to improve his situation apart from rehabilitation exercises and after some research he decided to contact globalstemcells.com for medical treatment guide. Watch this video where he explains his progress and tells about his experience with us.
From the Czech Republic to Bangkok - The Search For Stem Cell Treatment
At 14, Zdeněk was involved in a car accident which resulted in a Spinal Cord Injury. He went to India for treatment before learning about Verita Neuro and deciding to travel to Bangkok for treatment.
Whilst at the Verita Neuro facilities, Zdeněk, who is Czech, received stem cell injections, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, acupuncture and lumbar punctures as part of his treatment plan.
Since receiving the Regenerative Treatment, his balance and muscle strength have improved, and he is able to make more movements, something he wasn’t able to do prior to the treatment. His triceps also seem to be improving and he generally feels more energetic.
My hand has improved. Now I can move easier and have an increased range of motion (ROM). My tricep muscles have become stronger and I’m happy to continue my exercise. Zdeněk, during treatment
Zdeněk, 35, was particularly impressed by the world class facilities in Bangkok, and how caring and empathetic the staff were towards him. He was also able to ask as many questions as he needed to while receiving all the answers from his Patient Representatives and doctors.
When asked about his general treatment experience while at the facilities Bangkok, Zdeněk said, “This feels like home. Zdeněk“
Going forward, Zdeněk hopes to improve his bladder function, his hand function and to hopefully be as independent as he possibly can be.
